FAB architecture

Peacock Yard, together with Clements and Iliffe Yards, is part of the Pullens Estate, which was built at the end of the 19th century with a mix of residential and working units. The Yard has grown and developed around craftspeople and small traders, and represents an original Victorian example of live/work spaces originally linked to the residential units behind.

As the regeneration of Elephant & Castle progresses, Peacock Yard continues hosting a variety of workshops involving architects, artists, designers and craftsmakers.
